- payments via paypal ff, revolut or bank transfer (germany only) in €
- if you pay via paypal, always leave the notes empty. If you don't follow this rule and my account gets blocked/suspended due to your mistake you'll lose you claims and will NOT get a refund
- due to the new Import regulations in the USA, joiner/buyers from there can only claim/buy PCs or inclusions that fit in a letter, mostly around 4 PCs for a small letter. If you want to claim more, your claims need to be send out in multiple letters. No Albums can be claimed. If you still claim an Album you are responsible to find a replacement. If you already paid you'll lose your claim and I'll resale the Album and refund you the money I got from that resale (can be lower than what you already paid)

♡ PACKAGING / ADRESS:
- I'll always pack as safe as possible
- albums will be put in bubblewrap
- PC's will be put in a soft sleeve + toploader/cardboard + card(board)
- max 3 pc's per toploader
- photo of item's next to envelope with adress - confirm if everything is correct.
- I always add freebies, please let me know if you dont want them
- I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail
- tracked Letters will ALWAYS be in a seperate send-out video to have proof for the Deutsche Post in case the letter gets lost and a Missing-Letter-Request needs to be filed

- packing small letter: 0.50€

- standard: 1.10€
- einwurfeinschreiben: 3.45€

- tracked: 5.50€ ***
- >6 pc's or bigger items will be calculated individually**ww can vary, depending on where you live. I'll send you prices beforehand so can decide then if you are okay with it or not
***international tracked letters are stated in germany for documents only. i can still send out as tracked letter but there is a chance that it will come back to me and still has to be send out again as a parcel. I reccomend using a parcel for tracked. DOMs need to be fully covered by you if I have to send out again as a parcel
GO RULES
.
- make sure you follow me so I can easily add you to the groupchat. If you don't and therefore there a delays with payments and late fees are added, it's your own responsibility
- prices are always inital prices - ems/customs/doms will be added later except stated otherwise
- NO member ranking & sorting for inclusions except stated otherwise
- NO BACKOUTS: if you want to backout you need to find a replacement on your own

♡ PAYMENT DEADLINES:
- up to 12h over deadline: I'll tag you in the GC or dm as a last reminder. - no fees
- after 12h over the deadline: 1€ late fee will be added every 24h
- after 5 Days over Deadline: your claim is gone and you get no refund and you will also be blacklisted from joining any future GO's
- you can always dm me beforehand and ask for an extension for the deadline and we will find a solution♡ ARRIVED / STORED ITEMS:

- PCs and Postcards can be held up until 2 months.
- larger Items (Albums, Merch etc.) can be held up until 1 months once they arrived
- deadline starts on the day of arrival at my placePLEASE NOTE: If you fill out the shipping form within the deadline your items are safe.
Once your items are packed I will ask you for DOMs. These have a deadline of one week unless discussed otherwise.♡ thank you so much for joining ♡

- we both send out at the same day with the same shipping option
- if you have <20 proofs I'll only trade if you send out first and I'll send out after your letter arrived (not negotiable)
- I trade worldwide but prefer within Europe
