GO RULES
- dm or comment to claim and state exactly what you want to claim
- payments via paypal ff, revolut or bank transfer (germany only) in €
- if you pay via paypal, always leave the notes empty. If you don't follow this rule and my account gets blocked/suspended due to your mistake you'll lose you claims and will NOT get a refund
- prices are always inital prices - ems/customs/doms will be added later except stated otherwise
- will have packaging fees of 1€ per package and 0.40€ cents per letter added to doms
- NO member ranking & sorting for inclusions except stated otherwise
- NO BACKOUTS: if you want to backout you need to find a replacement on your own♡ PAYMENT DEADLINES:
- up to 24h over deadline: I'll tag you in the GC or dm as a last reminder. - no fees
- after 24h over the deadline: 1€ late fee will be added every 24h
- after 5 Days over Deadline: your claim is gone and you get no refund and you will also be blacklisted from joining any future GO's
- you can ALWAYS dm me beforehand and ask for an extension for the deadline and we will find a solution♡ ARRIVED / STORED ITEMS:
- PCs and Postcards can be held up until 3 months.
- larger Items (Albums, Merch etc.) can be held up until 2 months once they arrived
- deadline starts on the day of arrival at my place♡ PACKAGING / ADRESS:
- albums will be put in bubblewrap
- ps's will be put in a soft sleeve + toploader + card(board)
- max 3 pc's per toploader
- photo of item's next to envelope with adress - confirm if everything is correct.
- I always add freebies, please let me know if you dont want them
- I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail
- tracked Letters will ALWAYS be in a seperate send-out video to have proof for the Deutsche Post in case the letter gets lost and a Missing-Letter-Request needs to be filed♡ FEES/DOMS:
- for Fees and standard DOMs please look into the {TRADES/SELL} sitePLEASE NOTE: If you fill out the shipping form within the deadline your items are safe.
Once your items are packed I will ask you for DOMs. These have a deadline of one week unless discussed otherwise.♡ thank you so much for joining ♡
TRADE & SELL INFOS
♡ TRADING:
- we both send out at the same day with the same shipping option
- if you have <15 proofs I'll only trade if you send out first and I'll send out after your letter arrived (not negotiable)
- I trade worldwide but prefer within Europe♡ SELLING:
- before you dm me please check if the item is available in the post infos
- selling worldwide
- payments via paypal ff, revolut or bank transfer (germany only) in €
- if you pay via paypal, always leave the notes EMPTY. If my Account gets blocked/suspended due to your mistake you'll lose your claims and will NOT get refunded
- if you don't respond or pay within 24h the item will be marked as available again. if you need more time please let me know beforehand
